The car lamp decoration frame is one of the more important parts of the car lamps. For the design of the lamp decorative frame mold, the following points should be paid attention to: 1) The injection mold of the lamp decoration frame that needs to be electroplated should try to avoid the generation of weld lines, because any weld lines of the injection molded parts that need to be electroplated will be exposed, which will seriously affect the appearance of the lamp decoration frame, so we design and pour Welding lines should be avoided during the system. If the welding line cannot be avoided, try to set it in a non-appearance area, and verify it through mold flow analysis before gating system design. 2) The surface of the car light decorative frame is generally designed with a pattern. When designing the mold of the car light decorative frame, attention should be paid to the depth of the pattern of the plastic part, otherwise it is easy to produce flow lines. 3) The molding process range of the plastic raw materials we use is very narrow, and bright spots are easy to appear on the surface of the car light decoration frame, which is difficult to control. When designing the pouring system of the lamp decoration frame mold, the runner should be as large as possible, and the fan gate should be used, and the gate width can reach 35~40mm, which is conducive to melt filling.
