For the mold of the reflector, the core mold is mostly made of metal materials with high mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance. Made by precision machining. In order to reduce the cost, the optical plastic injection-molded regenerative reflector was studied as the core mold. After a series of pretreatment steps, the conductive metal layer was prepared in the low-temperature and low-stress electroless nickel plating solution. Cast nickel electrolyte is used to process the mold of the retroreflector. After this process is further improved and applied to production, the production cost will be greatly reduced.
